There are two choices for art export: exporting the low-resolution image from within the QuarkXPress document or locating and copying the hi-resolution image source into the export directory.

Figure 4 When exporting art, you may choose to export low-resolution FPOs, or to find and export the high-resolution version.

Once your preferences have been defined, go to the CopyFlow Gold menu and start by naming your boxes for export. You may name them manually, or choose the auto-name feature.

Using the automatic-naming feature, CopyFlow Gold provides a box name for every box within the document. This box-naming feature has a benefit to QuarkXPress AppleScript programmers as well. Once the boxes have been named, this name can be referenced within an AppleScript or other applications.

Choose the file format from the pop-up menu before you click export. If you choose XPress Tags, or single XPress Tags file, there is support for all of the text commands that are uniquely QuarkXPress, such as style sheets.
